What does AI consulting cost?
At Cilurzo Digital an AI readiness audit starts from €950, an AEO engagement from €1,450, an agent-ready website from €2,450 and an MCP or agent implementation from €3,950 — all excluding VAT and confirmed as a fixed price before we start. I deliberately work with project pricing rather than day rates so you know what you are committing to.
Which businesses is this for?
Small and mid-sized companies in Belgium and the Netherlands where customers arrive through searching and comparing: hospitality, construction and installation, clinics and practices, retail, professional services and B2B software. You do not need a technical department — that is usually the reason people call.
Do I have to start with an audit?
No, but it is usually the cheapest way to avoid wasting money. Without a baseline you cannot tell afterwards whether something worked, and you often start on the wrong layer. If you already know exactly what you want, you can go straight into a build.
Are you tied to a specific AI vendor?
No. I choose per engagement. In practice I work most with models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, and with open models when data cannot leave the country. The choice follows your requirements on quality, cost and privacy — not a partnership.
How do you handle GDPR and sensitive data?
As a design question, not an afterthought. We decide upfront which data a model may see, where processing happens and what is logged. Where needed we run models in Europe or locally, and work with anonymised or filtered input. Data processing agreements are part of the work.
