Structured data, schema.org coverage, heading structure, how much of your offer is buried in images or PDFs, crawler policy in robots.txt, presence of llms.txt, speed and rendering without JavaScript.
Usability for agents
Can software do anything with you? Check availability, reserve, order, get a price. I map which systems you already have, what is open, and what an MCP server would unlock.
Entity and trustworthiness
Consistency of your name, address, hours and offer across every source. The link between your business and recognisable people. Reviews, mentions, and whether the picture models hold of you matches reality.

What do I need to provide?
Access to your website analytics and Search Console, a list of your main services and customer segments, and an hour for the kick-off call. Everything else I gather from public sources — exactly as an AI agent would.
Is this the same as an SEO audit?
No. An SEO audit examines why you do or do not rank in Google. An AI readiness audit examines whether AI assistants name you, whether they describe you correctly, and whether software can transact with you. There is technical overlap — speed, structure, structured data — but the questions and conclusions differ.
Am I then obliged to work with you?
No, and the report is deliberately written so that is not necessary. Roughly half the recommendations can be executed by a competent in-house team. The rest you may outsource to anyone you like.
