Automatische orderacceptatie

Wanneer een bestelling binnenkomt van Deliveroo of UberEats, kan het systeem deze automatisch accepteren op basis van uw geconfigureerde regels. Voor tablet-loze integraties handelt het systeem de verplichte PATCH-acceptatie af vóór statusupdates, wat 404-fouten voorkomt.

PLU-code mapping

Elk menu-item en elke modificeerder heeft een PLU-code (Price Look-Up). Het systeem genereert automatisch IT-geprefíxte codes voor items en OM-geprefíxte codes voor modificeerders. U kan ook handmatig PLU-codes configureren via de /orders-menu interface om exact te matchen met Deliveroo’s sandbox of productieomgeving.

Realtime statussynchronisatie

Het systeem rapporteert automatisch orderstatus terug naar de leveringsplatforms via een prep-stage queue:

1. in_kitchen — Bestelling ontvangen en bereiding gestart
2. ready_for_collection_soon — Bijna klaar
3. ready_for_collection — Klaar voor de koerier
4. collected — Koerier heeft de bestelling opgehaald

Geen handmatig knoppen drukken. Geen gemiste updates. Het platform weet altijd waar de bestelling is.

Menu-synchronisatie

Uw menu synchroniseert automatisch naar Deliveroo met volledige feature parity: allergeen arrays, dieetclassificaties, nutritionele info (als JSON-object), modificeerdergroepen (zonder type-veld), operationele foto’s, en meal times op categorieniveau. PLU-validatie zorgt dat zowel items als modificeerders matchen.

Webhook-beveiliging

Alle inkomende webhooks worden geverifieerd via HMAC-signatuurvalidatie. Het systeem gebruikt een fail-secure aanpak — bestellingen met ongeldige handtekeningen worden automatisch afgewezen wanneer een webhook-secret is geconfigureerd.

Snooze en beschikbaarheid-sync

Wanneer u een item als niet-beschikbaar markeert in uw systeem, wordt het automatisch gesnoozed op Deliveroo. Geen teleurgestelde klanten meer die items bestellen die u niet meer heeft.

When an order comes in from Deliveroo or UberEats, the system can automatically accept it based on your configured rules. For tablet-less integrations, the system handles the mandatory PATCH acceptance call before any status updates, preventing 404 errors.

PLU code mapping

Every menu item and modifier has a PLU (Price Look-Up) code. The system automatically generates IT-prefixed codes for items and OM-prefixed codes for modifiers. You can also manually configure PLU codes via the /orders-menu interface to match Deliveroo’s sandbox or production environment exactly.

Real-time status synchronization

The system automatically reports order status back to the delivery platforms through a prep-stage queue:

1. in_kitchen — Order received and preparation started
